Elections 2024: Labour win both Normanton seats

Labour candidates win the two seats up for grabs in Normanton. Julie Medford retains her place on Wakefield Council with 1,709 votes. Daniel Wilton was elected for the first time with 1303 votes. He replaces Isabel Owen, who resigned as a councillor in March.
