00:11 In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
00:13 We begin with the pure name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
00:19 The series of Dars-e-Bukhari is ongoing.
00:21 In the previous program, Hadith number 2476 was narrated.
00:27 Today, InshaAllah, Hadith number 2477 will be narrated.
00:33 Hazrat Salama bin al-Akwa'a (ra) narrates that the Prophet (pbuh) saw
00:42 that fire was burning on the day of the battle of Khyber.
00:45 The Prophet asked, "What is this fire burning on?"
00:48 The Prophet replied, "There are some pots, and fire is burning on them."
00:52 The Prophet asked, "What is this fire burning on?"
00:54 The Companions replied, "These are cattle."
00:58 That is, the cattle were slaughtered and cooked.
01:02 The Prophet said, "Break these pots and throw the meat of the cattle."
01:09 The Companions asked, "Can we wash the animals by throwing their meat?"
01:14 The Prophet replied, "Wash them."
01:17 So first understand this that when the Prophet (pbuh)
01:21 attacked Khyber and the fort of Khyber was conquered,
01:24 the cattle also came to the fort.
01:28 So until then, the prohibition of cattle had not been issued.
01:32 Therefore, the Prophet (pbuh) had given permission to eat the cattle.
01:37 So the Companions slaughtered them accordingly,
01:40 meat was made and it started cooking in the pots.
01:43 When the Prophet (pbuh) noticed this, he ordered,
01:47 "Break these pots and throw the meat."
01:51 "This is forbidden, you cannot eat it."
01:53 The Companions asked, "Is it a strict order to break the pots?"
01:59 "Or should we throw the meat and wash the pots so that it can be used later?"
02:03 The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Wash them."
02:07 This means that it is now forbidden to eat the meat of the cattle.
02:12 The word 'Himare Ahli' means domestic cattle.
02:17 The cattle that we raise in our homes,
02:19 we take care of them.
02:21 So it means that the meat of the wild cattle is good and lawful.
02:27 Not the meat of the cattle of the people.
02:29 So if you go to the jungle for an adventure,
02:32 and you see a pack of donkeys,
02:34 and a donkey is caught,
02:36 then its meat is absolutely good and lawful, you can eat it.
02:39 So the word 'Himare Ahli' was forbidden,
02:41 and a special restriction was imposed.
02:43 'Himar' means donkey, 'Ahli' means domestic cattle.
02:45 So when the government of 'Himare Ahli' stated the restriction,
02:48 then there is no doubt that the meat of the wild cattle is good and lawful.
02:52 Similarly, if there is a doubt on the meat of the horse,
02:55 that is it lawful or not, then remember that it is lawful in itself.
02:58 If anywhere, like Imam Abu Hanifa (ra)
03:01 used to forbid the meat of horses,
03:04 it was not because it was forbidden,
03:06 but because it was a means of Jihad.
03:09 If people started eating their horses,
03:11 and there was a war, then there would be no horses for Jihad,
03:14 and this would be the reason for the defeat of Muslims,
03:17 and then Muslims would be imprisoned,
03:19 and then the Muslims would be destroyed by Islam, you know that.
03:22 That is why it was forbidden.
03:24 Otherwise, eating the meat of the horse is proven by the Prophet (pbuh)
03:27 and is present in the narrations of the Muslims.
03:29 So it was found that now,
03:31 it is forbidden to eat the meat of the wild cattle until the Day of Judgment.
03:36 But there is a narration,
03:38 it is in Sunan Abu Dawood,
03:41 Hazrat Ghalib (ra) states that
03:44 we were two to four,
03:47 and I had no money to feed my family,
03:51 except for my wild cattle.
03:54 And the Prophet (pbuh) had forbidden the meat of the wild cattle.
04:00 So he says that I came to the Prophet (pbuh)
04:04 I said, O Prophet, we are two to four,
04:07 and I have nothing to feed my family except the wild cattle.
04:14 The Prophet (pbuh) said,
04:16 feed your family with your wild cattle.
04:19 I had forbidden them because they eat dirty things.
04:24 Sunan Abu Dawood, 3808.
04:28 Now, scholars have divided this into two groups.
04:32 Some say that the permission to eat meat was only on the basis of 'Qahat-e-Sali'.
04:38 And some say that the last sentence that the government said
04:41 that I have forbidden them because they eat dirty things,
04:44 means that if a poor person does not eat dirty things,
04:46 then he should be pure, pure and lawful.
04:48 Because in the first hadith,
04:51 the government's banning of meat
04:53 is indicating that meat is forbidden.
04:56 Here, the permission to eat meat is indicating its permissibility.
05:00 So, the arguments are opposed.
05:03 There is a clash.
05:05 Now, the result of this is that
05:07 remember that the 'Luaab' or 'Thook' is due to meat.
05:12 So, the command of meat is the same as the command of 'Luaab'.
05:16 So, it means that if a cow's meat is permissible,
05:20 then its 'Luaab' is also permissible.
05:22 Therefore, if a cow puts its face in water,
05:24 its 'Thook' is removed from the water,
05:26 the water will remain clean.
05:28 But if a dog's meat is forbidden, then its 'Luaab' will also be forbidden.
05:31 If it puts its face in water, then the water will be forbidden.
05:34 It will be impure, and it cannot be used.
05:37 Now, because there is a difference in the 'Gadha' (donkey)
05:40 Some hadiths are declaring it as 'Haram', some as 'Halal'.
05:43 So, what is being declared as 'Haram',
05:45 their 'Luaab' will also be forbidden.
05:47 What is being declared as 'Halal', then it is pure.
05:49 So, their 'Luaab' will also be pure.
05:51 Therefore, if a donkey puts its face in water,
05:54 then will it remain pure or impure?
05:56 So, because there are strong arguments on both sides,
05:59 and there are strong arguments on its 'Hurmat' (prohibition)
06:01 but there are also arguments on 'Hillat' (obligation)
06:03 Therefore, the jurists have said that
06:05 'Wudhu' should be done with this water,
06:07 if the need arises for 'Wudhu',
06:09 but 'Ihtiyatan Tayyammum' should also be done.
06:12 Now, whether you do 'Tayyammum' first,
06:14 then 'Wudhu' with water, or you do 'Wudhu' with water first,
06:17 then 'Tayyammum', then anyway,
06:19 the same rule applies to 'Gadhe' and 'Khachar'
06:22 that it is doubtful that it is false,
06:24 because the arguments on 'Hillat' and 'Hurmat' have collided.
06:27 So, we cannot call that water impure,
06:30 nor can we call it completely pure,
06:32 nor can we call it 'Qabal-e-Wudhu',
06:34 nor can we call it 'Qabal-e-Wudhu'.
06:37 So, it is better to do 'Wudhu' first,
06:40 and then 'Tayyammum'.
06:42 If 'Wudhu' is right,
06:44 that is, if the water is 'Halal',
06:46 then 'Wudhu' will be used for 'Tayyammum'.
06:48 And suppose this water is doubtful,
06:50 then 'Wudhu' will not be used,
06:52 then 'Tayyammum' will be used,
06:54 and we will offer 'Namaz' from 'Tayyammum',
06:56 and 'Namaz' will be done anyway.
06:58 So, in short, eating of domestic animals is prohibited.
07:01 And I will briefly say that
07:03 the animals that the Prophet (pbuh)
07:05 has commanded us to eat,
07:07 consider this as not eating,
07:09 take the chalain,
07:11 only fish is allowed in marine creatures,
07:13 the rest are prohibited.
07:15 Yes, there is a difference in 'Jhinga'
07:17 between the family of insects
07:19 and the family of fish.
07:21 So, since there was a difference,
07:23 some said that it is permissible to eat,
07:25 some said it is prohibited.
07:27 Now the command will be that
07:29 it is better not to eat,
07:31 but if you eat, there is no harm.
07:33 About 'Jhinga'.
07:35 The rest of the crab soup, crab, lobster, etc.
07:37 According to all other Imams,
07:39 the rest of the creatures of the sea
07:41 are completely forbidden and unlawful.
07:43 While Imam Shafi'i (ra)
07:45 commands the permission of eating
07:47 of other marine animals.
07:49 So, in marine creatures,
07:51 'Jhinga' is allowed with fish and 'Ikhtilaf'.
07:53 Yes, if a doctor says to a patient
07:55 of a stroke that you should drink crab soup,
07:57 you will benefit,
07:59 then according to the doctor's words,
08:01 crab soup can be drunk, it will be allowed,
08:03 the rest will be prohibited in their place.
08:05 In birds that fly high,
08:07 it is customary that the birds
08:09 that eat by hunting with claws,
08:11 they will be prohibited.
08:13 Crab, crab, crab, etc.
08:15 are included.
08:17 But there are two things,
08:19 eating by hunting,
08:21 eating by catching with claws.
08:23 So, some people have understood it
08:25 in such a way that those who eat by catching with claws
08:27 will be prohibited.
08:29 So, they say about parrots,
08:31 that a parrot catches and eats bread.
08:33 A parrot has attacked a mouse,
08:35 sometimes it has attacked a cricket,
08:37 sometimes it has attacked a lizard,
08:39 it does not attack and hunt with claws,
08:41 but sometimes it catches bread in its claw and eats it.
08:43 So, catching with claws is not enough,
08:45 hunting is also prohibited.
08:47 So, a parrot is permissible,
08:49 the rest of the things are prohibited.
08:51 A bird is permissible,
08:53 similarly, other birds which are not hunting birds
08:55 are permissible.
08:57 In the squares, it is customary
08:59 that those who hunt,
09:01 and their long fangs,
09:03 see, there are cats, dogs,
09:05 there are such big fangs of lions,
09:07 those who have big fangs,
09:09 their food is prohibited.
09:11 Even camels have fangs,
09:13 but camels do not hunt.
09:15 Have you ever seen a camel's teeth?
09:17 It has such long fangs,
09:19 but it does not hunt,
09:21 and the Prophet (pbuh) himself ate its flesh.
09:23 So, it will be excluded from the fangs.
09:25 All other animals,
09:27 beasts, etc., which hunt,
09:29 and have long fangs,
09:31 are all prohibited.
09:33 Now, in light of this, you see,
09:35 a horse, it does not hunt,
09:37 and a donkey, it does not have fangs.
09:39 But since the government has prohibited the donkey,
09:41 it is in the hadith,
09:43 now we will not see it under that restriction.
09:45 In insects,
09:47 the food of cows is proven by some companions,
09:49 but the Prophet (pbuh)
09:51 disliked it,
09:53 and in some narrations, the government
09:55 had prohibited it.
09:57 And the rest, the locusts,
09:59 which attack the crops,
10:01 you must have seen locusts,
10:03 they come with great force,
10:05 they eat,
10:07 the Prophet (pbuh)
10:09 has kept it good and halal.
10:11 So, if you break the head, remove the wings, remove the claws,
10:13 and collect a lot of them, put some oil,
10:15 and fry it on the pan with chili powder,
10:17 and eat it, then the mercy of the two worlds,
10:19 the Prophet (pbuh) has shown mercy on it.
10:21 Apart from this, all the insects,
10:23 all the women, the government has prohibited them all.
10:25 There are snakes, scorpions,
10:27 rats, lizards,
10:29 we cannot eat them.
10:31 Even if you go to Bangkok,
10:33 you will not find them, they eat insects,
10:35 and they have a lot of protein,
10:37 and other things,
10:39 but the Prophet (pbuh) has prohibited it,
10:41 so we will not eat them.
10:43 This was a brief statement
10:45 that I mentioned in your service.
10:47 We should pay attention to this.
10:49 Let's come to the next hadith.
10:51 Hadith number 2478 is pure.
10:55 And Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud (ra)
10:59 is the narrator of this.
11:01 He says that the Prophet (pbuh)
11:03 entered Mecca,
11:05 i.e. when he entered Mecca as a conqueror,
11:07 at that time around the Ka'bah,
11:09 there were 360 idols.
11:11 He had a stick in his hand,
11:13 he would hit those idols with the stick,
11:17 and say, "Haqq aagaya, batil chala gaya."
11:21 "Ja'al haq waza haqal batil."
11:23 This is the verse number 81 of Bani Israel.
11:25 The government used to read this verse,
11:27 and the idol he hit, the earth would become empty.
11:29 In this way, the mercy of the two worlds
11:31 made all the idols fall.
11:33 Some say that when the Prophet entered,
11:37 there were pictures on the Ka'bah,
11:39 he wiped them off with his cloth.
11:43 So, in summary,
11:45 when the government,
11:47 this is the incident of Ramadan,
11:49 the year 8 Hijri,
11:51 after 10 years of the government's migration,
11:53 the world was in a state of chaos.
11:55 You went on Ramadan,
11:57 and in the 8th year of the migration,
11:59 this incident took place.
12:01 So, the Prophet (pbuh)
12:03 finished all those things,
12:05 and the Ka'bah was saved from the idols forever.
12:09 So, when the government entered as a conqueror,
12:13 it means that it is the responsibility of the ruler of Islam
12:16 to wipe out everything that has to do with kufr and shirk.
12:21 This was the way of the Prophet.
12:23 But, in today's time,
12:25 you know that the atmosphere has changed a bit.
12:29 If there is an Islamic government,
12:31 if it has a lot of power,
12:33 then it is a different matter.
12:35 Otherwise, the way our international relations are going on,
12:39 if there is any such matter,
12:41 then the international media brings it to light.
12:44 And because of that,
12:46 the conditions for Muslims and Islam are a bit delicate.
12:50 In view of these issues,
12:52 if a Muslim leaves these things
12:55 while adopting an apparent wisdom
12:58 to save himself, his country, and his people from loss,
13:02 then there will be a chance of it.
13:04 Like in our country, Pakistan,
13:06 there are minorities,
13:08 they have their own worship places,
13:10 they worship in their own way.
13:12 It is possible that their worship style or their beliefs
13:15 are such that if seen from the perspective of Islam,
13:18 they are very wrong.
13:20 Islam is a religious freedom,
13:22 according to the constitution,
13:24 according to Islamic or our national laws,
13:27 therefore, they will be obligated to worship.
13:29 You cannot do that by breaking the cross,
13:32 or breaking someone's temple or church.
13:34 This will not be right at all.
13:36 And it is certain that the government will not do this
13:39 because now its matters are separate.
13:42 So, some things that have been stated in the Shariah,
13:45 the Quran and Hadith,
13:46 if wisdom is kept in mind in the matter of the Quran,
13:50 then it will not be wrong.
13:52 In this, you should work with wisdom,
13:55 if you work with passion,
13:57 then you can get out of it as a loss for everyone.
14:01 A chapter has been established,
14:03 "The one who fought for the protection of his wealth"
14:09 The chapter of that.
14:10 The Hadith number is 2000,
14:12 sorry, there was a Hadith before,
14:14 let's do this first.
14:16 Hadith number 2489 is pure.
14:19 Hazrat Ayesha Siddique (RA) is the narrator of this.
14:23 He says that he made a small hole in the wall
14:26 to keep things on his house or on his roof,
14:31 it is called Taq.
14:33 He put a curtain on his house or on his roof
14:36 which had pictures.
14:38 So, the Prophet (pbuh) tore that curtain.
14:42 Then Hazrat Ayesha Siddique (RA)
14:45 made two pillows of this curtain.
14:47 So, he was at home and the Prophet (pbuh)
14:50 used to sit on those pillows.
14:54 So, this is because the word "Sahwatin" is in the Hadith.
15:00 Sahwatin, that the curtain was on Sahwatin.
15:03 And Sahwatin is also said on small houses,
15:07 and for Taq as well.
15:09 So, these can be both translations.
15:11 And according to other narrations,
15:13 it is obvious that at the door of the house,
15:15 Hazrat Ayesha Siddique (RA)
15:18 had put a picture-covered curtain.
15:21 You did not know the command when the government came
15:24 and looked at you,
15:25 so you came in glory and asked,
15:27 "O Ayesha, what is this?"
15:29 I seek forgiveness in the presence of Allah,
15:32 the reason for your anger,
15:34 the government said,
15:35 "O Ayesha, do you not know that these people
15:38 will be punished on the Day of Resurrection?"
15:40 That is, the picture that is taken,
15:42 or made by hand,
15:44 and is a picture of a living person,
15:46 and then it is especially respected
15:48 to be placed in the house,
15:49 this is absolutely forbidden.
15:51 So, Ayesha Siddique (RA)
15:53 as the government tore it according to this narration,
15:56 that is, removed the curtain,
15:57 not that it was torn completely,
15:59 so Ayesha Siddique (RA)
16:00 removed the curtain and put it on the mattress
16:03 on which the Prophet (pbuh)
16:05 used to sit.
16:07 This means that you can use a picture-like mattress,
16:11 you can use a picture-like mattress,
16:13 provided that it is not used to put a tag,
16:16 which is designed to be placed on the sofa,
16:19 and there is a picture on it,
16:21 it looks like it is kept in a dignified manner.
16:23 One is that the mattress should be where you sit.
16:25 This is the place of humiliation,
16:27 not in a dignified manner,
16:28 you will sit on it,
16:29 there can be a possibility of a picture here.
16:32 Similarly, if there is someone on the bed sheet,
16:34 there can be a possibility of that,
16:36 but some cheetahs and lions are made on the blanket,
16:38 this is not appropriate,
16:39 because it is taken up,
16:40 there is a aspect of respect in it,
16:42 so the respect for the picture will be necessary,
16:44 this will be prohibited.
16:45 Apart from this,
16:46 the pictures we put in our house,
16:48 someone puts up of his marriage,
16:51 if children are born,
16:52 then the children are put up,
16:54 or if you get a degree,
16:55 then the picture is taken as a souvenir,
16:57 that is taken,
16:58 and they go and put it up.
17:00 They put up a picture of their Peer,
17:02 or put up of the grandparents,
17:04 all of these are prohibited.
17:06 It is absolutely prohibited,
17:07 the Prophet (pbuh) prohibited putting up a picture,
17:11 whether it is a picture in the form of a statue,
17:14 you have put up a statue,
17:16 like decoration pieces,
17:18 and whether it is a reverse picture,
17:20 that is, taken from a camera,
17:22 or a picture made by hand,
17:23 like paintings,
17:24 anyway if it is of a living person,
17:26 then it is prohibited to put it up.
17:28 So if in the previous life,
17:30 some pictures have been taken and are positive,
17:32 if you have put it up in an album,
17:34 then you can put it up in the cupboard,
17:36 it is prohibited to put it up as a decoration,
17:38 and now it is prohibited to take it out,
17:40 it is prohibited to make it positive,
17:42 it can be made with a digital camera,
17:44 we will talk about this in the next program,
17:46 and Alhamdulillah,
17:47 Rabbil Alameen.
