00:06The winner was the delivery of food packs for the affected people of El Nino.

00:19You can see in the video the two men who lost in front of a truck in Tobias, Fornier, Antique.

00:25One of them is Mayor Ernesto Tanglangit III who posted the video online.

00:29The other one is Vice Mayor Jose Maria Fornier.

00:32A few minutes later, a truck hit the Mayor and he was hit.

00:37The Mayor was also hit and they had a fight.

00:41After this, the two men moved to the back of the truck.

00:45In another video, you can see that the door of Vice Mayor Fornier is being closed.

00:51And Mayor Tanglangit is knocking on the door.

00:55We were about to leave and he hit me with a truck.

01:03He wanted to close the door and that's when the fight started.

01:06The reason for the fight is the load of 800 family food packs from DSWG that was delivered to the affected people of El Nino.

01:15According to the statement released by Vice Mayor Fornier in his social media account,

01:21the food packs were requested by Gov. Rodora Cadyaw to be given to the residents who could not receive the aid.

01:29But when the truck came back from San Jose,

01:32the group of mayors in Barangay Balud, Tobias, Fornier, was stopped.

01:36And that's when their misunderstanding started.

01:40The news team tried to interview the Vice Mayor but he did not respond.

01:45According to the mayor, the process of distributing the food packs was not followed.

01:49That's why it was stopped.

01:51Earlier, DSWG 6 Director, Atty. Carmelo Nochete arrived in Tobias, Fornier.

01:56According to the mayor, he said that there was no permission from the agency to distribute the food packs.

02:02When they went to the warehouse where this truck was supposed to be delivered to,

02:06they discovered that there were food packs in there that reached 1,000 pieces.

02:11The 1,000 pieces cannot be explained how they were able to hide it in the warehouse.

02:19Gov. Cadyaw did not launch a recorded interview with the agency.

02:23But it's not clear that he has permission to distribute the food packs.

02:29He also has authority as the chairperson of Antique FDR-MC.

02:34But according to his information, only 500 food packs were sent to Tobias, Fornier.

02:39This was a miscalculation in the incident.

02:41And it was just reported to the police.
