00:05Are you alright just kind of trying to take me through how you're feeling at the moment?

00:16Shocked.

00:20When I got told of my nomination,

00:25I said on the phone to her,

00:29sorry I'm really emotional,

00:33I said on the phone that there are people more worthy of this than me,

00:39that I do what I would expect

00:45from my family, from my loved ones.

00:49I just do what I love doing.

00:53Christmas Day, this was my nomination,

00:56Christmas Day went out, clients that don't have anybody,

01:02we got a meal for them, took it to them.

01:06Christmas in my in my job is just another day,

01:11it doesn't stop because it's Christmas Day.

01:14It was amazing, it was amazing for me to see them smile,

01:20so it really has given me a shock, a big shock tonight, a big shock.
