02:02 will send this case to the Department of Justice

02:07 under the Republic Act 8042.

02:10 If it is proven that the company's officials and employees

02:14 are guilty, they will be included in the list of persons

02:16 and establishments with derogatory record of the DMW.

02:20 They are permanently not allowed to be involved

02:24 in the government's overseas recruitment program.

02:26 If a victim is sent abroad,

02:29 the legal DMW will help to maintain the person.
