Ingredients:
1 package of puff pastry sheets (any brand)
Cinnamon sugar (as desired)
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 390°F (220°C).
Prepare the puff pastry: Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions. Once thawed, cut the sheets into your desired shape (squares, rectangles, or strips).
Add toppings: Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon sugar and a pinch of salt evenly over the cut puff pastry.
Bake: Place the seasoned pastry on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Prepare masala tea: While the khari is baking, make the masala tea. Boil water in a pot and add tea leaves, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes. Add milk and sugar, bring back to a boil, then simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Strain the tea into cups.
Serve: Serve the warm khari biscuits with the freshly made masala tea.
