00:00We were hard on him. I was very honest with him this morning. I told him that we have to play
00:06better and I showed him examples of how we have to play better and when we have to play better.
00:12In my opinion, sometimes winning and losing, it is the most important thing, trust me.
00:19At the end of the day, we have to win and however you win, you win.
00:22But when you sit back and you watch the tape and you're really honest with yourself,
00:28you got to look at the little things and sometimes that's more important than the result.
00:32The process, the process, the process. So yeah, we won and right now everyone feels great,
00:39but let's take a hard self look. I didn't coach well enough, Rich, and I have to coach the team
00:44better on game day. There's some stuff that I'm very disappointed in myself, some stuff I didn't
00:50see well enough on defense because I was wrapped up on other things and there's some little things
00:54I did that I have to coach better and I showed the players that today and I showed the players
00:59that we need to play better. So I was hard on him and this isn't coach talk so we get ready
01:04for it to play another game. This is real and we're playing a good football team that could
01:08very well be undefeated and it's very explosive. So I was hard on him just like I'm going to be
01:13win or lose. I'm not going to change who I am. I'm going to be consistent and I'm going to tell
01:18them the truth and we're going to come out and work.
