00:00 I'm going to start at five o'clock from Buckingham Palace and do the route backwards to the start
00:09 and then have a quick 10 minute break, well not break, just quickly a fuel stretch and then
00:16 go backwards for the second marathon the correct way and then again do it backwards and then try
00:24 to get there in time for my start wave for the official London Marathon on the Sunday morning.
00:30 Just covering that distance is such a huge achievement and London Marathon especially
00:38 the crowd will take you through and yeah that's that's no one can take that away from you once
00:46 you've reached that finish line and you've got that medal that achievement lasts forever.
