01:09 for members affected by the Pertussis Outbreak in Cavite and El Niño Phenomenon in Occidental Mindoro.
01:16 The deadline for the issuance of the Emergency Loan in Occidental Mindoro is May 7 and June 7 in Cavite.
01:26 To qualify for the loan, a resident must be a member in the area where the State of Calamity was declared.
01:34 They can loan P5,000 under the General Appropriations Act.
01:39 Older members or relatives can loan P25,000 of their monthly pension.
01:46 Members of the GSIS who have no debt or haven't yet received an emergency loan can also loan P20,000.
