00:00 You know of Bhagat Singh.
00:08 So he was just 22 or 23 when he laid down his life.
00:16 His mother had approached him once, "You'll have to marry.
00:22 You'll have to marry."
00:26 He said, "But I already am."
00:29 And she was shocked.
00:30 "How can my son do that?
00:33 What's her name?"
00:35 And what did he say?
00:37 What did he say?
00:38 "Azaadi."
00:39 "So no vacancy.
00:40 The girls are all beautiful, but sorry.
00:49 No vacancy."
00:50 "Teri dulhan ka naam kya hai?"
00:55 "Azaadi."
00:56 "Already married.
00:57 No vacancy."
00:58 And that's why you remember him today.
01:08 And that's why all others have become the dust of time.
01:14 And Bhagat Singh is immortal.
01:16 Even though he left his body at 23, yet he is immortal.
01:22 And there were those who lived long lives for 90, 100 years and yet as we say are just
01:29 the dust of time.
01:31 Who cares for them?
01:36 That's the difference.
01:44 Have an early wedding, as early as possible.
01:53 Not the kind of wedding that requires social, religious and legal sanction and ceremonies.
02:02 An internal wedding.
02:05 Let nobody know of it.
02:13 "Azaadi."
02:14 "Azaadi."
02:15 What do you think?
02:19 Bhagat Singh had time to think of miscellaneous things?
02:28 How occupied he was, you know of it.
02:31 Even on the eve of his hanging, he was still reading the Bhagavad Gita.
02:47 A copy of that, in fact that particular copy is still preserved.
02:52 Was he thinking, "Tomorrow I'll die, what will happen then?"
02:59 Was he thinking?
03:00 No.
03:01 He said, "But I still have a few, I still have a few hours.
03:06 Let me spend these hours with the beloved.
03:10 I have something very important to do."
03:13 Was he doing nothing in particular?
03:20 Was he doing nothing in particular even in his last hours?
03:24 No.
03:25 He said, "Let me spend this time in reading."
03:28 And he was a voracious reader.
03:32 At your age, he was so well read.
03:41 Never had any time to waste.
03:50 I don't know if this one is from Bhagat Singh or one of the other great revolutionaries.
03:59 But they actually marked the last page they read in their favourite book.
04:06 And somebody out of curiosity asked them, "Tomorrow you are going to be hanged.
04:10 You will be no more.
04:12 Why are you marking this page?"
04:17 And very mystically he said, "Because I have to continue from there."
04:26 No time for self-pity, inner misery, sad thoughts.
04:37 No time.
04:39 I am busy with the right thing even in my last moment.
04:55 How about such a life?
04:59 Does it not excite you?
05:04 It does not it seems.
05:09 It does be extremely occupied.
05:19 Don't be like these wanton flies or insects.
05:31 Imagine how a mosquito behaves sitting here, sitting there or a fly hopping from here to
05:36 there.
05:37 Doing?
05:38 Don't be like that, please.
05:42 Yes, sir.
05:45 Sit.
05:47 Thank you, sir.
05:53 Thank you.
