00:37 I don't think it's that cold, it's just forever getting through.

00:41 We've had so many flights from Bradford from there as well.

00:44 Are you from Leeds, do you normally fly from there as well?

00:48 What have been the issues?

00:50 When you're queuing to go through security, it takes ages. One of my flights got cancelled there.

00:56 One of our flights actually left without us.

00:59 It was sorry?

01:00 It left without us because the security queued for so long and they didn't pull us out of the queue to tell us our flight was leaving.

01:06 So following on from that, how do you think it could be improved?

01:10 More staff, more staff and better pay.

01:13 Extra staff as well, it's been so good.

01:18 A long time ago, not recently.

01:21 Right, fair enough. We were asking people what their experience of it was but it might have been a bit of a while for you.

01:26 Do you have any memories of flying from there or heard anything else from anyone else?

01:31 I've heard it's a nice place to fly from.

01:34 My family have flown from there a couple of times.

01:37 Yeah, and they're all good people.
