00:00 Okay, Al, so you're running the London Marathon this weekend.
00:03 Yeah, I'm running the London Marathon.
00:04 This morning will be my 19th London Marathon.
00:07 I've raised over £480,000 over the years since I've been doing it.
00:11 Fantastic. And who are you raising the money for?
00:14 I'm raising money for breast cancer now.
00:16 I'm raising money in memory of one of my friends who sadly passed away this year,
00:23 Jay Chalina, and I'm dedicating the medal to her kids and also I'm giving the vest to her family as well.
00:32 That's a lovely thought.
00:33 And, you know, it's very hard for the young kids to grow up without their mums.
00:39 Absolutely.
00:40 So this year's London Marathon is in honour of her and also my auntie that passed away as well.
00:47 So how can people donate if they want to donate?
00:49 People can donate at Birchbridge Fish Bar. Also they can go on the Build Brook and Codsworth's surrounding website.
00:56 And we're going to try and raise as much money as we can.
01:00 Fantastic. And what time are you hoping for?
01:02 Well, I've put down for three hours. I'm starting the green wave this year with the celebrities and that.
01:10 So, like I say, three hours, maybe four, maybe seven, you never know.
01:15 Well, as long as you finish that.
01:17 I'd like to thank all the supporters, you know, the businesses that have donated.
01:23 I was going to say, you've had a lot of support locally, haven't you, with the local businesses?
01:26 Yeah, Budgins, Codsworth Fish Bar, Birchbridge Fish Bar, you know, like I say, without those guys,
01:37 and also the Willow's Care Home, without those guys I wouldn't be able to run.
01:41 Fantastic. Well, all the best then, mate.
01:43 Yeah, thanks very much.
