The Petaling Jaya Dispersal Link (PJD Link) Expressway highway project has been discontinued as its developer failed to meet the conditions, says Fahmi Fadzil.
The Communications Minister said in a press conference after the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday (April 17) that the Works Ministry would be issuing a statement detailing the matter soon.
