00:00 I was shocked by the joke that they said, "Why don't you get tattooed on your head?"
00:05 It's impossible that someone did that.
00:07 A joke that was defended and went viral this April Fool's Day.
00:11 The price was 100,000 pesos for anyone who can get a tattoo on the head of a Takoyaki brand business.
00:18 But there was a man who jumped into the trap.
00:20 So now, the joke's reminder is now on his head.
00:24 It's now on the back of the prank.
00:27 And the netizens helped the man when they found out that he jumped into the trap for the children.
00:33 Someone gave him shoes, a perfume, a cash assistant, and 125,000 pesos.
00:39 But they noticed that the netizen was investigating.
00:41 There's something wrong with the following events.
00:44 Your dear friend Jessica Soho also talked to someone who said that the tattoo was already there
00:50 before the social media prank was posted on April 1.
00:53 The owner of the business was the first to start the prank.
00:57 It was all a gimmick.
00:58 And the man got a tattoo.
01:00 It was a fake.
01:01 Yes, this is part of the marketing.
01:03 It's a marketing stunt from the beginning to the end.
01:05 DTI reminded that they only have to give a permit to any business promo based on their observations.
01:12 If he admits that it's a marketing gimmick, it shows that he's really promotional in that sense.
01:20 And if they don't have a DTI permit, they can be held accountable for the DTI violation of conducting a promotion
01:30 without securing first a DTI sales promo permit.
01:35 If the Takoyaki business applied for a permit for their April Fool's Day prank,
01:39 DTI thought that it might not pass as a sales promo.
01:43 We are looking at the mechanics, who is the owner, how can this sales promotion be successful,
01:50 and if whatever they are doing to make it successful, is it right, is there anything illegal or immoral in this?
01:58 DTI said that if there is a questionable promo like this, they can report it to the LGU,
02:04 who has the power to make amends or cancel the business permit.
02:07 We talked to the owner of the Takoyaki business to answer the questions of DTI, but he said no comment.
