00:23 went to the NBI Anti-Organized and Transnational Crime Unit Division

00:26 to complain about one of her clients who was cheated several times

00:31 in a bogus contract to supply cigarettes and drinks

00:35 to a hotel casino in Metro Manila.

00:37 Based on the complaint filed by Layan against Michelle Alfaro,

00:42 alias Belmagadia,

00:44 she was promised that she would receive at least 10% of the money she was charged.

00:49 But in the end, Layan was surprised to find that no one was returning her investment.

00:55 This is where she confronted the suspect.

00:58 She said that her money was amla, she said that she was held,

01:02 that her money was in the BSP, she said that she couldn't get it out.

01:06 She didn't show it anymore, she hid it.

01:47 after Jenny Mitra, a businessman, took a 3 million pesos investment.
