00:07 I'm Luke Sasse, I'm the LED product manager at HiViz.

00:11 We are a business that makes communities and people safer through the delivery of

00:15 highly intelligent visual information systems, the acronym HiViz.

00:22 I would describe innovation as identifying new opportunities to

00:29 either find a technological advancement or a systems advancement.

00:34 It's quite a broad term where you're basically delivering something novel and

00:39 new that provides additional value to your clients or

00:43 to the community that you're serving.

00:44 100% innovation is at the foundational core of HiViz.

00:50 It's really through continuous innovation in both our business models and

00:54 our technologies and the way we deliver our services.

00:59 That has enabled HiViz to compete and

01:02 succeed in the market of road signage, LED products, and safety products.

01:08 Looking forward, one of our identified challenges within our organization

01:13 is as we're scaling, how we continue to provide that customer-focused and

01:19 solution-oriented approach whilst being able to scale.

01:23 I think we're finding a balance and we're building a capacity to deliver

01:27 scalable manufacturing whilst keeping that innovative spirit

01:33 of finding new opportunities and creating new solutions with an engineering team

01:38 that's positioned to really continue to produce those opportunities for HiViz.

01:45 We've found that existing in the Hunter is terrific for

01:48 that talent that we're able to attract, for the business community that

01:53 is around the Hunter Valley that supports what we do.

01:55 There's no better time when the Hunter Valley incubators and

02:00 ecosystem for entrepreneurs provides an amazing foundation for startups.

02:07 And there is so many opportunities in a rapidly changing world.

02:12 If you have yourself an innovation or can see a future where you can address

02:17 a challenge or provide greater value to businesses like HiViz or to the community,
