00:00 McGilligan prison runs at full capacity all the time now. So McGilligan
00:05 prison runs 400 prisoners plus a hundred doubled up. So you know
00:13 it's right full. What we see when you get into doubling up and prisoners
00:19 spending more time in cell, tensions within the prison environment
00:24 increase, tensions between prisoners and tension between prisoners and staff
00:28 increase. So you know doubling up is not something we would like to be doing at
00:32 the level we're doing it at. You'll be aware that's a very old prison estate. So
00:38 key issue for us at the moment is a new kitchen facility at McGilligan. We have
00:43 the outline business case near in completion for that and expect that to
00:48 be complete by end of March, so end of this month. Next plan at McGilligan is
00:58 for additional accommodation blocks there. You'll be aware we've eight blocks
01:02 there that go back to the 1970s. Hallward House, the most modern
01:07 accommodation there. So we are looking at an extension to that block, that
01:12 accommodation block, to allow us to accommodate more prisoners and better
01:18 accommodation within that estate, that McGilligan estate. But it is a
01:24 challenging estate. It's an old estate. It's our oldest estate.
