00:04 We understand this but we are not able to overcome these thoughts.

00:11 The question is, what is it that you suffer the pain for?
00:15 Suffering is. Suffer for the right cause. That's the best you can do.
00:19 The solution to suffering is not a state of no suffering.
00:23 The solution to suffering is right suffering.
00:25 And to complete the story I would say, if you suffer rightly,
00:30 then slowly your tendency to suffer keeps reducing.
00:35 And probably, potentially, one day you can come to a point where you don't suffer.
00:40 Do not allow yourself to be habituated towards the wrong things.
00:45 The past is of very little value compared to the present.
