Thailand Parliament Lower House Passes Same-Sex Marriage Bill

The lower house of Thailand's parliament has passed a bill legalizing same-sex marriage. It must still be approved by the country's senate and endorsed by the king before becoming law, which would make Thailand the third country in Asia to adopt marriage equality.
