00:00 In the end, you need capacity. You know, there's been a huge recruitment and retention crisis in
00:04 the NHS. We've got many posts that go completely unfilled, whether they're doctors, nurses or
00:09 support staff. And that has a direct impact on the ability of the hospital system to treat. But
00:13 we also have a community care crisis as well, where GP practices and the wider support network
00:19 in communities, frankly, is fragmented and very weakened. And so we need to rebuild that from the
00:24 ground up, you know, which is why Labour has made it one of its priorities, because we know the
00:28 community around the country do care about this. And so absolutely, we will prioritise it, there
00:34 will be a plan that will be put in place to get the NHS back on its feet. But we shouldn't let
00:38 the Tories off the hook. You know, they've been in charge for 14 years in government,
00:42 and they have reigned over NHS, has now been sent to the absolute cliff edge,
00:45 and the buck stops with them.
