00:13 afraid when the Conservatives say that people should believe they've never had
00:16 it so good, the reality is sadly very different. Labour set out a plan for
00:22 growth, a plan that's based on stability, investment and reform. We would be
00:27 delivering that stability that's desperately needed. We've seen what's

00:55 Conservatives and we would reform. And the Conservatives just cannot reform.
