Kate, Britain's Princess of Wales, said on Friday (March 23) she was undergoing preventative chemotherapy after tests taken after she had major abdominal surgery in January revealed that cancer had been present.

00:40 This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can

00:58 But most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis
01:03 in a way that's appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I'm going to be okay.
