February home sales rose for previously owned homes to the highest level in a year. That's a good sign for the home buying market. Existing home sales were up 9.5% last month from the previous month. That's around an adjusted annualized rate of 4.38 million units, according to the National Association of Retailers. This marks the second straight month of sales rising.
