00:09 We traveled for 165 nights
00:12 in more than 100 places here in the Philippines.
00:16 Now that we've been traveling for 3 years,
00:19 we should celebrate, Travelers!
00:22 We're celebrating our 3rd anniversary, Travelers.
00:27 And I'll bring you to two beautiful,
00:31 and annoyingly beautiful countries
00:33 here in the Middle East, Jordan and Israel.
00:36 The question is, will you join me on my trip?
00:38 Hello!
00:39 Hey, look at this!
00:41 [music]
00:50 We traveled for 12 days
00:52 to two countries,
00:54 Jordan
00:56 and Israel.
00:58 We stayed in a hotel.
01:01 And our luggage is only 160 kilos.
01:07 This trip is on a whole other level, Travelers.
01:10 We stepped out of our comfort zone
01:12 and took the opportunity to travel abroad.
01:14 We tried the tour package.
01:17 Is it worth it?
01:19 Is this the trip that suits you?
01:21 That's what we'll find out.
01:24 [music]
01:31 We started our trip in Jordan.
01:34 We joined the package tour of Ephesus Travel & Tours.
01:39 If you're going to Jordan and Israel,
01:41 it's easier to travel if you're going together on a package tour
01:45 so that the two countries can cross the border without any worries.
01:48 [music]
02:02 If you think of Jordan,
02:04 it's probably not the beach that you first imagined.
02:06 But here it is.
02:10 Welcome to Aqaba!
02:14 [music]
02:30 [cheering]
02:34 We're now here in Aqaba.
02:41 And we are facing the Red Sea.
02:44 Now, Aqaba is the only port of the whole of Jordan.
02:48 Now, from Aqaba, you can see
02:51 that the Red Sea is being shared by three countries.
02:55 One is Jordan.
02:56 Two, that's Israel, which is Eliyat Israel.
03:02 And then that side is Egypt.
03:05 [music]
03:10 It's just good to know.
03:11 I miss Batangas.
03:14 And this is one of the hotels that we stayed at the summer capital of Jordan.
03:24 If you're going to join a package tour,
03:26 usually, the hotel accommodation is included in your payment.
03:29 Hi.
03:36 Where are we?
03:38 Ah.
03:39 Smells so good.
03:42 So, this is probably the best hotel
03:47 in our Middle East trip.
03:51 We're here in a 5-star hotel.
03:54 And when you enter,
03:56 you'll be greeted by the living room.
04:00 I'm sorry.
04:01 My stuff is there.
04:03 My other stuff is also there.
04:05 My other stuff is also here.
04:07 My luggage is there.
04:09 Anyway, cut the long story short.
04:11 I'm not ready yet.
04:13 You're going to see it.
04:14 Two rooms, living room, then...
04:16 My bed.
04:20 This is what I'll try.
04:21 This is what it looks like.
04:24 Okay.
04:27 Okay.
04:28 Okay.
04:29 Coffee bed.
04:31 Of course, you have your...
04:32 I'm boiling water.
04:34 I'm boiling water.
04:35 I have complimentary tea bags.
04:42 Ooh.
04:43 Fancy.
04:44 I also have an espresso machine.
04:46 Anyway.
04:50 There.
04:54 There.
04:57 That's really it.
04:58 Beautiful.
05:01 Beautiful view of my stuff.
05:05 Red Sea, ladies and gentlemen.
05:17 But before you reach the Red Sea,
05:19 of course, there are a lot of Olympic-sized pools.
05:23 There's a pool for swimming.
05:26 There's a bar here.
05:28 There's a beach.
05:29 There's a bar.
05:31 This hotel is huge, guys.
05:33 The resort is huge.
05:35 But then you...
05:36 There.
05:37 What is this?
05:38 A dozen swimming pools?
05:39 It's beautiful.
05:51 It's beautiful.
05:52 It's beautiful.
05:53 What's good about this hotel is that there are a lot of Filipinos.
05:56 There are a lot of Filipino employees.
05:58 So you know, when you see a Filipino employee,
06:01 when he's in another country,
06:03 it's like, "Hello, countryman!"
06:05 Thanks, Filip.
06:07 And then you get this really warm, you know, feeling,
06:26 or hospitality coming from them.
06:28 Because, of course, they miss the Philippines.
06:53 Not only mountains and wind are seen here in Jordan,
06:56 it's a pleasure to see the sea when you come here in Aqaba.
07:21 Of course, I need to see the beauty of Jordan from under the sea.
07:25 Before the dive, we went under the briefing of my cameraman.
07:29 Guys, if you plan to dive here in Aqaba,
07:36 your diver should be an important licensee, okay?
07:39 You can't dive without a license.
07:41 A tip note, this is separate from the regular tour package.
07:44 [music]
07:47 [laughing]
07:51 The water looks cold, guys.
07:56 We need to adjust our bodies to the temperature of the Red Sea.
07:59 This is the coldest I've ever been in.
08:02 It's good?
08:03 Woo!
08:13 In the distance, you can see the Red Sea Residence Tatoo.
08:17 The Red Sea is also a protected area,
08:34 so it's strictly prohibited to touch or feed fish and move in the corals.
08:39 [music]
08:42 There are many fish in the Red Sea.
08:47 There are soulfish hiding in the wind.
08:59 As you can see, it looks like a sole of a shoe.
09:02 [music]
09:06 [music]
09:09 There are cute powerfish.
09:11 And the cool lionfish.
09:16 In the distance, there is a reef where there are more colorful corals and other fish.
09:31 But just like us in the Philippines, there are also fish that can be seen underwater.
09:36 So, my cameraman and I decided to get as many as we can.
09:42 Scuba Surero Red Sea Edition.
09:45 Be a hero, Bjergs.
09:46 Wherever you are, travel.
09:48 The divemaster showed us a type of fish that can only be seen in the Red Sea.
09:59 [music]
10:02 I must say, I wasn't expecting that there is something like this in Jordan.
10:09 If you're not a type of diver, join us in free activities by the beach.
10:22 Like fishing.
10:27 And sunbathing.
10:29 Melting relaxing yoga by the beach.
10:36 And the delicious salsa.
10:39 And need I repeat? All of that is free.
10:53 [music]
10:56 Their summer getaway photos are also very hot.
11:00 Here are some of your summerific snapshots.
11:03 Let's start with Catanduanes.
11:07 In Angelica Tria's picture in Estrada, it's so envious to go to the beach.
11:13 And for Jen Andeleon, she's like a Zen in the middle of spiderwebs of the metal cords in Masumi.
11:22 A postcard shot of Dos Dos in the powdery white beach of Romblon.
11:28 It's not hard not to fall in the beauty of Tangadan Falls of La Union.
11:35 Good job, Ralph Papa.
11:37 And for the island life, it's Shine Miranda's picture in the Gizmondo of Sarangani.
11:43 JB Pining, Maniwaya Island is a must-visit.
11:49 The house on the beach in Negros is expensive.
11:52 Awesome shot, Kylie!
11:54 Oh my!
11:58 The island of Pupungko in Siargao is really a winner.
12:01 In this one, it's taken by Mary Diana Grace Boiles.
12:04 John Barrett-Packer is a super-dome action shot taken in the sea of Bahau Limbanan.
12:12 Stig!
12:13 Keep sending us your photos, Kylie!
12:17 Stig!
12:18 Keep sending us your BI photos, guys!
12:21 Don't forget to follow and add us up on FB and on Instagram.
12:25 Because you're all part of my BI!
12:30 Shopping is also included in the tour group package.
12:43 If you're going to Acaba, you'll see different markets.
12:46 [music]
12:54 This area is very rich in spices.
12:59 Of course, here in Jordan, and also in Israel and Egypt.
13:02 Everything is spices.
13:04 Different kinds of colors, right?
13:06 Different kinds of herbs and spices.
13:10 That's why the taste of their food is so complex and so flavorful because of their spices.
13:16 You don't get to see that every day.
13:27 Before we move to Israel, I'll buy some food.
13:35 [music]
13:43 This is the Barzek.
13:45 [music]
13:50 It's like butter cookies with a lot of sesame seeds.
13:54 It's like a biscuit.
13:56 It's like butter cookies with sesame seeds.
13:59 You can eat this.
14:03 If you're hungry, everything is good.
14:05 We're all good in Jordan.
14:12 So, we're off to the second leg of our tour, Israel.
14:16 But before anything else, we need to travel to the Wadi Araba border terminal.
14:21 No porters here, my friends.
14:23 We're literally carrying our luggage to cross the Jordan to Israel border.
14:28 So, another Bejero tip, pack light.
14:31 After crossing Jordan to Israel via land, you can pass through three exit points.
14:36 The Jordan River border, the Wadi Araba border, and the Allenby border terminal,
14:42 which is only open to tourists and diplomats.
14:45 Israelis and Jordanians can also enter here.
14:48 Take note, Bejeros.
14:49 For us Filipinos, we don't need a visa to enter Israel.
14:54 As long as you have a valid Philippine passport, you can enter Israel.
14:59 In moments like this, you'll appreciate how relaxed you'll be when you're with the tour package.
15:05 You won't have to think about fees and you'll just have to take a bus.
15:08 Convenient, right?
15:10 After less than an hour of travel, touchdown, Eilat.
15:15 If Jordan has a "Akka", Israel has an "Eilat".
15:21 This is their version of Burakai, my friends.
15:26 Thousands of tourists from all over Jordan and Israel come here for a beautiful beach.
15:31 But aside from resorts and activities, their major attraction is their underwater observatory, Mareid Park.
15:40 First activity here in Israel, underwater.
15:45 But we won't get wet.
15:47 This is their tower.
15:49 And now we're gonna go under the water, okay?
15:52 A tower aquarium below sea level.
15:56 So, we are now 6 meters under the surface of the ocean.
16:00 And as I mentioned before, this is the open sea.
16:03 Okay? Everything that you see here is nature.
16:06 We built these reefs about 40 years ago.
16:09 It was built.
16:10 And now it's just going on by itself.
16:13 We don't touch, we don't do anything because it's nature.
16:16 We just clean the windows.
16:17 Of course, we do not feed here because it is not allowed to feed the fish in the ocean.
16:23 The beauty of their tower observatory is that the fish can swim freely.
16:28 It's like diving in the Red Sea without training and scuba.
16:32 Awesome!
16:34 Amazing!
16:38 Very delicious as well.
16:40 This underwater observatory will take you up to 60 meters below sea level.
16:49 There are also rare fishes that they take care of.
16:53 And here we got beautiful octopus.
16:58 That's a female.
16:59 Octopus are amazing animals.
17:02 Meanwhile, there are venomous fishes.
17:08 I think I've seen this in our dive yesterday.
17:11 Very venomous. It goes straight into our blood.
17:14 It's crazy.
17:16 There are fishes whose names I cannot remember.
17:19 This is the national fish of Hawaii.
17:22 In Hawaii, it's called Umu-umu-nu-ku-nu-ku-a-kua.
17:25 Umu-umu-nu-ku-a-kua-kua-kua.
17:27 Almost.
17:28 Close enough.
17:30 You can also go inside the aquarium to take a picture.
17:34 You can swim and dive inside it.
17:39 It's like you're diving, right?
17:40 For Instagram, my friends.
17:45 But if you want to get up close and personal with the sea creatures here,
17:48 you can feed them with fish.
17:51 She's about 90. She's not that old.
17:57 Now, take a lettuce at the end so she doesn't bite you.
18:02 [music]
18:04 See how big those fins are here in the turtle pool.
18:20 They like it when you scratch their shell.
18:25 Like dogs.
18:26 Yeah.
18:30 [music]
18:31 In nature, they will feed on algae and seaweed.
18:34 Here, we give them lettuce because there's not much algae left in nature.
18:38 So we found the lettuce to be the perfect substitute.
18:41 Once in a while, we will collect algae from our pools
18:44 because the vitamins and minerals exist in the algae.
18:47 It's still very important for the development.
18:49 The fish are also taken care of here because they're highly endangered.
18:55 Even though they eat lettuce and sea algae, they can weigh 300 kilograms.
19:00 Wow. That's heavy.
19:01 Yeah. And they live more than 120 years.
19:04 They look cute and very adorable.
19:08 Our guide is the one who's going to pet these cute turtles.
19:13 I'm going to hug this.
19:15 All of that, of course, with the group tour pass that we brought.
19:20 Because if you're going here alone, it's better to bring almost 14 US dollars
19:25 or roughly 650 pesos per person,
19:27 which is the entrance fee plus the transpone that has a price.
19:31 My next activity here is not included in the tour package
19:38 because this is still new.
19:40 Diving with the sharks.
19:43 That's right, fellow travelers.
19:45 Another one for the books experience.
19:49 After spending some time with the fishes,
19:50 I'm about to swim with some of the most amazing predators of the sea,
19:54 sharks.
19:56 This observatory on this side of Israel is the biggest shark pool in the whole Middle East.
20:02 There are 18 sharks in this pool.
20:05 Because we're not going to do a joke on the shark pool,
20:09 I was given the right information on how to move inside.
20:12 Safety first, fellow travelers.
20:13 When they started to raise the sharks here,
20:16 Shaina was the one who fed them.
20:18 That's why she knows the behavior of these.
20:21 You open your arms, you do it like this, I'll show you.
20:24 And never close because they have very sharp teeth.
20:27 After the briefing, moment of truth, fellow travelers.
20:31 We slowly went down to the shark pool
20:42 so that the sharks can slowly get used to us.
20:45 After a few minutes, Shai took out the food of the fish.
20:49 We were suddenly bitten.
20:56 And yup, that's a stingray above us.
21:01 You know fellow travelers,
21:02 I never thought that I would be this close to these sea creatures.
21:05 At least not in this lifetime.
21:07 Now, it's my turn.
21:16 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:19 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:21 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:23 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:25 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:27 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:29 Now, it's my turn to shine.
21:31 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:32 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:34 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:36 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:38 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:40 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:42 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:44 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:46 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:48 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:50 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:52 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:54 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:56 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
21:58 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:00 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:01 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:03 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:05 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:07 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:09 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:11 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:13 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:15 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:17 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:19 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:21 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:23 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:25 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:27 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:29 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:30 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:32 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:34 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:36 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:38 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:40 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:42 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:44 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:46 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:48 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:50 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:52 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:54 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:56 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:58 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
22:59 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:01 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:03 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:05 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:07 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:09 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:11 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:13 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:15 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:17 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:19 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:21 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:23 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:25 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:27 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:28 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:30 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:32 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:34 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:36 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:38 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:40 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:42 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:44 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:46 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:48 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:50 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:52 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:54 I'm going to try to catch a stingray.
23:56 This is the way I chose.
23:57 But for travelers who want a challenge and are in the mood for extra pilgrimage,
24:06 they walk what is called Snake Road.
24:09 If you're just going to walk, it's almost an hour before you reach this part of Masada.
24:15 For today, I'm okay with a two-minute cable car ride.
24:18 [music]
24:36 We're now here in the area of Masada.
24:39 This is one of the major fortresses of King Herod
24:46 because it overlooks the Dead Sea.
24:48 And what you see here is the land.
24:50 That's actually a major trade area back in the day.
24:53 And whoever holds the trade area has power.
24:58 There you go.
25:00 Another plus when you're with us on the package tour.
25:03 You'll understand the stories of the sites you'll visit
25:07 because you'll have local guides who are good in English.
25:15 We entered one of the thermal bath areas of King Herod.
25:18 With its large structure,
25:20 more than 100 people can take a bath in this bath house.
25:24 We're now here in their bath house.
25:30 They have a lot of rooms inside the bath house.
25:32 They have a cold room.
25:34 But this is interesting.
25:36 This is their hot room.
25:38 And then from the outside, they put wood as fire.
25:42 And if you look down, they cover it with clay.
25:47 There's fire outside, but the warm air comes in from below.
25:52 And then it comes out of the holes in the clay.
25:58 So it becomes a sauna.
26:01 Old style sauna.
26:03 Imagine, there's a sauna now in the BCE or before Common Era.
26:11 Aside from being a tourist attraction of Masada,
26:13 this place is also memorable for the Jews
26:16 because this is where the last Jewish rebels who fought in the Roman Empire died.
26:19 This place became controversial because this is where the mass suicide of the Zealots took place.
26:25 They did this so they wouldn't go down to the Roman Empire.
26:29 Thousands of people come here every day.
26:32 The heat is not neglected,
26:34 which is called the Masada Experience.
26:36 King Herod has a solution to fight the heat.
26:40 They used cisterns or water basins
26:44 or in Filipino, baloons, to collect water.
26:47 The water was collected from the mountains
26:56 so the fortress would have water
26:59 to go to the king's rooms.
27:01 Aside from collecting cisterns
27:08 they also collected water from the rainwater and the water coming from the mountains
27:13 because in winter, the water would be scarce.
27:16 So they put a pathway
27:18 of course with gravity
27:21 from the top.
27:23 It would pass through the castle.
27:28 When you're in the middle of the mountains,
27:31 you want to shout, "I'm the king of the world!"
27:35 [music]
27:41 These are our tips for choosing the right tour provider.
27:45 Viajero tip number one.
27:47 Research about the credibility of the tour provider.
27:50 You can also look at blogs, online forums,
27:53 or better yet, ask other travelers.
27:55 Viajero tip number two.
27:57 Know where you're paying to go.
27:59 Before you get a package tour,
28:02 ask the tour provider what all you're paying for.
28:05 Who knows, you might need to pay more when you get there.
28:09 We don't want a surprise, right?
28:12 Viajero tip number three.
28:14 Personal suggestion,
28:16 I hope your tour guide or a long-time resident of the country
28:19 is with you during your package tour.
28:21 Because based on our experience,
28:23 they give you a more authentic experience of the country you're visiting.
28:27 Three tips to remember
28:30 whenever you choose your tour provider
28:32 to make you a happy viajero.
28:36 Drew's trip would like to thank Ephesus Travel and Tours.
28:41 I'm sure you still have hangovers from our Holy Land trip.
28:46 This is the Mount of Temptation.
28:50 Jesus Christ, 40 days and 40 nights.
28:54 [music]
28:59 And our non-stop sightseeing in the amazing ancient Jordan.
29:03 They say the best facade in Petra is called the Treasury.
29:07 Pharaoh left the treasury there.
29:11 That's why it's called the Treasury.
29:13 Well, I didn't just enjoy my Middle Eastern 3rd anniversary trip, right?
29:21 Of course, we're all happy viajeros.
29:24 [music]
29:29 Just like our researcher in the field, Nikki.
29:31 Nikki, what's memorable to you?
29:33 Church of Transfiguration.
29:35 It's so beautiful.
29:37 There's an original stone where Jesus transfigured.
29:42 They just covered it with glass so you can still see it.
29:45 And in the Church of Nativity,
29:47 there are goosebumps when you see the silver.
29:50 I wonder where Jesus was born.
29:52 Our camera crew is working hard.
29:56 They also shot some scenes in between takes.
29:59 I really like the Nathan and Vinny.
30:02 I really like how they recreated the lives of people at that time.
30:06 It's like you're walking in the Bible in real life.
30:09 I'm really happy wherever I go.
30:12 It's my first time seeing such things.
30:14 I'm in the Dead Sea.
30:18 It's amazing.
30:20 You're just floating alone.
30:22 Even if you don't move.
30:25 The two senior producers,
30:26 Jake and Alan,
30:28 are the brains behind Jordan and Israel episodes.
30:31 What's memorable to me is
30:33 when we walked far away in Petra.
30:37 We saw a lot of rocks and cliffs.
30:39 It's beautiful.
30:41 It lasted for thousands of years.
30:43 You can meet the Bedouins,
30:46 the people who lived there.
30:48 What can you say?
30:50 You look like them.
30:53 I think they're all like me.
30:54 I was just a kid when I went there.
30:58 Israel has a lot of churches.
31:01 We went to 10 churches in one day.
31:04 It was wild.
31:06 It's nice to watch OTV and take pictures.
31:09 Even though we're a lot,
31:11 we'll still have memories from our trip to Jordan and Israel.
31:16 It's new to us.
31:18 So, of course, the experience is leveled up.
31:22 We really did step out of our comfort zone
31:24 for our 3rd anniversary specials.
31:26 So, let's go on our trip.
31:30 Travelers, most of the trips to Jordan and Israel
31:40 include airfare, hotels, food, transportation,
31:45 border taxes, entrance fees, tips on tour guides, and more.
31:50 You'll just have to bring extra pocket money for the entrance fee.
31:55 But take note, the tour package won't be the same.
31:58 Check the itinerary carefully
32:00 and choose the tour package that will give you a better experience.
32:04 We've been to the mountains of Israel and under the sea.
32:09 Now, we're here at a hotel close to the Dead Sea.
32:14 Believe me, I did not imagine
32:18 my Israel and Jordan experience to be this.
32:21 For our last few days here in Israel,
32:23 we checked in at a hotel close to the Dead Sea.
32:26 Just check out our hotel for tonight.
32:28 It's okay, right?
32:30 But before I get my bed wet,
32:32 one last refreshing dip won't hurt, right?
32:34 It's not your ordinary pool.
32:36 This is a Dead Sea pool.
32:39 Or should I say, Dead Pool.
32:41 Don't do that.
32:44 For those who are not used to the Dead Sea,
32:49 and want to experience floating in the Dead Sea,
32:53 well, here at our hotel,
32:55 they got the Dead Sea water,
32:58 which is super high in salt content.
33:02 And they got a pool.
33:04 Which for me, I think, is a better option.
33:07 You're close to the hotel,
33:09 you won't get your mud dirty,
33:13 right?
33:14 You still have your views.
33:16 I got the pool all to myself.
33:20 So, because of the high salt content of this pool,
33:28 which comes from the Dead Sea,
33:30 you can just float without any flotation device.
33:34 Okay?
33:36 You can relax.
33:38 You can check out the broken floor.
33:42 It's broken.
33:43 But it's okay.
33:45 You can go back to your room.
33:47 No problem.
33:49 After Dead Sea dip,
33:51 we'll try a Dead Sea Mud Spanaman.
33:54 The mud is squeezed from the Dead Sea,
33:57 to revitalize the skin and muscles,
34:01 with the help of Dead Sea minerals.
34:04 One, two.
34:06 It's hot.
34:08 It's hot.
34:11 Oh, it's hot.
34:12 I like it.
34:17 How do you feel, sir?
34:25 It's a bit hot.
34:26 It's a bit hot.
34:28 I feel like I'm holding the definition of a mudsack.
34:33 This experience is not included in the regular tour package, okay?
34:37 But if your budget is enough,
34:40 you can try it.
34:41 It's a bit weird.
34:44 Sorry.
34:46 How do you feel, sir?
34:47 It's a bit weird.
34:48 Of course, I'm being poured with mud.
34:53 Hot mud.
34:55 But when you close it,
34:59 it's like
35:02 you're being poured with
35:05 mashed potato.
35:09 Mashed potato with gravy.
35:11 But it doesn't smell like mashed potato.
35:15 It doesn't smell.
35:17 But it's a newly cooked mashed potato.
35:21 It's hot.
35:23 You know that sensation when you put the
35:30 really good
35:32 butter-filled mashed potato
35:35 in your mouth.
35:39 It's very, extremely good.
35:42 So, the treatment is 20 minutes.
35:49 Apparently, it's only on the arms, on the back, on the legs.
35:54 Not on the chest because apparently,
35:58 it's not healthy.
36:01 It's not healthy.
36:04 It's not healthy.
36:07 I don't know if it's healthy.
36:10 But I'm not doing it now.
36:12 We're waiting for 20 minutes.
36:15 On the last part of the tour,
36:26 we'll see these stones,
36:29 the National Stone of Israel.
36:31 She works here over 20 years.
36:34 She does everything with her hands.
36:36 She works with natural stones.
36:38 It's not found anywhere else.
36:40 That's why the price of a diamond here
36:43 starts from 1,500 US dollars
36:46 or more or less 70,000 pesos.
36:49 It's expensive in Lubong.
36:51 Why not?
36:52 If you've got the budget, no problem.
36:55 Every piece of jewelry is carefully
36:58 and handcrafted.
36:59 Now, that's an expensive handcrafted Pasalubong.
37:02 Pasalubong.
37:03 On my tour of Israel and Jordan,
37:25 I saw that not only holy tours,
37:27 but also deserts, mountains,
37:29 and ancient landmarks are found in these two countries.
37:32 The rich and beautiful Red Sea
37:35 is surprising and fascinating.
37:36 I also experienced what's there
37:38 every summer in these two countries.
37:40 If you're planning to join a tour group
37:43 in Israel and Jordan,
37:44 which lasts for almost two weeks,
37:47 the package tour is worth more than
37:49 3,000 US dollars
37:52 or more than 139,000 pesos
37:54 for each traveler.
37:56 Like what we said,
37:57 it's all-in.
37:59 Why not just buy for Pasalubong?
38:02 You might need a big budget
38:06 to experience all of this.
38:07 For me,
38:09 nothing is more important than
38:11 what I experienced on my tour here.
38:13 Just remember,
38:15 work, save, travel, repeat.
38:18 Repeat.
38:18 (upbeat music)
