00:00 I hear they have got the plan on that.
00:03 Well, personally, I believe, personally lah, ini personal,
00:11 the state, there must be a slight change for the state.
00:18 Padu, personally I see, is something like what we have before, the Ikasi.
00:26 Why do you keep on wanting to run changes?
00:30 You are 3,000, you do car, do car, do car, do car.
00:33 It creates a lot of problems.
00:37 And also, I don't know whether you all, the media has filled in Padu.
00:42 Practically the moment you fill in, you bogelkan denis diri.
00:47 Do you know that?
00:49 Practically everything, information on you, your bank account, your house, everything, you teranjangkan.
00:57 Would you want to do that?
01:00 I don't think that is the proper way to treat your citizens.
01:05 If Padu is meant to help the poor,
01:11 ni federal ministry,
01:13 if Padu is meant to help the poor,
01:16 let the poor fill in the borders at that time.
01:19 Siapa-siapa yang merasa mereka patut menerima Padu, let them fill.
01:23 But you don't go across the board, everybody must fill in.
01:26 Nanti digunakan data-data ini untuk politik pula, bila datang election.
01:31 That's how I feel personally.
01:36 And I believe the state government also have got a little bit of reservation on this.
01:41 The state government has got a little bit of reservation.
01:45 It was discussed in the cabinet.
01:47 I believe Hasidah has been asked to look into this.
02:08 Padu hal.
02:10 It's more or less the same.
02:14 It's just that Padu now, you have to give everything.
02:19 Whatever bank account that you have, you have to give that.
02:23 I'm still puzzled myself.
02:28 So it was discussed in the cabinet.
02:32 What did the cabinet say?
02:34 Well, that's why as I mentioned just now, we have our reservation.
02:39 We are not saying that we are not supportive.
02:42 If it is with good intention, we will support it.
02:47 But if you have got an ulterior motive in having Padu, then we will not be happy.
02:54 Takut nanti data-data ini, tiap-tiap citizen, they are the heart.
03:02 All of us have got our rights to certain-certain privacy.
03:10 You are not supposed to keluarkan everything.
03:13 But Padu, you don't fill in those things.
03:15 You don't fill in Bapak duit, Bapak account number, Bapak ASB number, dan sebagainya.
03:23 That means you might not be filling in right here.
03:26 Throwing out that juicy thing.
03:30 You fill in Padu.
03:33 If you don't fill in Padu, you might lose out on benefits, sumbangan dan baguan.
03:40 That means now we realise that Padu probably untuk beri baguan.
03:45 Kalau nak beri baguan, you can always source it out elsewhere.
03:50 Need not have to be through Padu.
03:53 People like me don't need Baguan.
03:56 Definitely, the one down here.
03:58 Because kita ada kerja.
04:00 So we don't need to fill in Padu.
04:02 But those down there, whom we know,
04:05 those yang di bawah jabatan kebajikan, penerima baguan every month,
04:09 you know, then you ask them to fill in the Padu.
04:12 This reservation means the state government having a reservation.
04:19 Meaning to say what, Dato?
04:21 Well, we just need, supaya when it comes to the state,
04:28 there are some other pertinent matters that we would want them to clarify.
04:36 And as well as probably certain matters that you did not have to ask us.
04:42 We find.
04:43 So, meaning to say that don't fill the Padu form anymore, lah.
04:48 Asking people, you know.
04:50 Personally, I see...
04:52 Exposed.
04:54 Exposed all your personal details.
04:57 Maybe the ministry that is doing it, go to past punya state, opposition state.
05:03 Whether they are giving you the details or not.
05:06 If you can get the details from there,
05:10 if you can do Padu successfully in those states,
05:14 then probably you come and see us.
05:16 I know you'll be facing problem in getting all those states to fill in the Padu.
05:23 Because they can see.
05:26 We are worried, the data that we give.
05:29 That's why I told you earlier,
05:33 you are throwing yourself to be naked.
05:37 Throwing yourself.
05:39 All of it is given in detail.
05:41 Thank you.
05:42 [END]
