00:00 In our latest satellite images, we can see that the wind is slowly weakening
00:06 and it is only affecting the extreme northern Luzon
00:10 which will bring weak rain particularly in the Batanes and Baboyan Islands.
00:16 Meanwhile, in the rest of the country, Easter Leaves,
00:19 or the wind from the Pacific Ocean,
00:22 will bring heavy rain, lightning and thunder.
00:25 The chances of rain are also high, particularly in the East Mindanao and Easter Leaves.
00:31 Based on our data, the possibility of the North-East Monsoon weakening is high
00:39 and it is possible that the end of the rainy season will be declared as a hope.
00:45 So, we are still waiting for an update on the hope for the weather.
00:51 Meanwhile, we are still not monitoring any low-pressure areas at the moment.
00:55 We can see that we do not have any low-pressure areas inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:01 The chances of a storm are low until next week.
01:06 And this is what we expect the weather to be like in the rest of the country.
01:10 We can see that the chances of rain are high, particularly in the Batanes and Baboyan Islands
01:18 where the North-East Monsoon or Amihan is weakening.
01:22 While in the rest of the Luzon, isolated or heavy rain, lightning and thunder will be experienced.
01:29 We can also expect localized thunderstorms
01:33 that can bring sudden rain and landslides,
01:40 especially when the rain is heavy until the evening.
01:44 Meanwhile, the temperature will be around 23 to 32 degrees Celsius
01:51 in Baguio, 14 to 23 degrees Celsius,
01:54 in Metro Manila, 22 to 30 degrees Celsius,
01:57 in some parts of Tagaygaray, 21 to 30 degrees Celsius,
02:01 in Tagaytay, 20 to 28 degrees Celsius,
02:03 while in Legazpi, 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:07 So, generally, the weather will be hot in most parts of Luzon.

02:18 when lightning and thunder strikes in Palawan.

02:57 the area of Caraga, Davao Oriental,
03:01 along with Davao de Oro,
03:03 which is the tip of the Easter list,
03:04 the wind blowing from the Pacific Ocean.
03:07 A large part of Mindanao will experience isolated or heavy rain,
03:12 lightning and thunder,
03:14 along with localised thunderstorms,
03:16 and it will also bring along the Easter list.

03:24 in Caguindi Oro, 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,
03:27 while in Davao, 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.
03:32 We have not raised any gale warnings in any part of our country.
03:36 We just issued a final gale warning earlier,
03:38 and we are still expecting the possibility of heavy rain
03:43 until the beginning of the month,
03:44 particularly in the extreme northern Luzon
03:47 and the eastern part of our country.
03:49 Even though we don't have a gale warning,
03:50 we should still be careful,
03:51 especially the small boats and sea vehicles
03:55 that sail out to the neighboring countries.
