00:00 How do you adjust to the new tackle height rule?
00:03 We've had to change our whole training system around that.
00:06 We're really focusing now on hitting low at really numerous drills around that,
00:14 making sure that we are focusing on that because the referees will be pinning us.
00:18 How do you adjust to the new tackle height restrictions?
00:23 Will you be doing anything different in training to prepare for that?
00:25 Yeah, we've been training differently, doing different tackle techniques at training.
00:30 It's been a little bit hard for some of us to adjust, especially coming from league,
00:34 where the techniques are a little bit different.
00:35 But yeah, training, we've adjusted techniques at training, so hopefully
00:40 by the time the season starts we've got the hang of it.
00:41 And how do you adjust to the new tackle height restrictions?
00:46 The new tackle heights are going to be a little bit difficult for some of our girls.
00:50 We have a few very tall girls, especially our fullback, she's almost six foot,
00:54 so it'll be a little bit of a challenge for some of us.
00:57 But we'll just keep training and getting used to it.
01:01 How is the team adjusting to the new tackle height restrictions?
01:06 Pretty well, I think.
01:07 There is going to be some niggles along the way, obviously,
01:10 but especially coming off the back of a good sevens season, the girls are adjusting really well.
01:16 How do you think the team will adjust to the new tackle height restrictions?
01:22 Based on the fact that we're all still learning, I think we're doing pretty well with that.
