00:10 we can see that the wind is slowly weakening
00:14 and it is only affecting the extreme northern Luzon
00:18 which will bring a weak rain,
00:20 particularly in the Batanes and Baboyan Islands.
00:24 Meanwhile, in the eastern part of the country,
00:27 the wind from the Pacific Ocean
00:30 will bring heavy rain, lightning and thunder.
00:34 The chances of rain are also high,
00:36 particularly in the East Mindanao and the eastern list.
00:40 Based on our data,
00:43 the possibility of a weakening of the north-east monsoon
00:48 and possibly on this day,
00:50 is highly likely to be declared as the end of the rainy season.
00:54 So, we are still waiting for an update
00:57 on the weather forecast.

02:16 Generally, the weather will be hot in most parts of the Luzon.
02:21 Meanwhile, in Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao,
02:24 we can expect isolated or heavy rain,
02:27 lightning and thunder in some parts of Palawan.
02:30 In Calayaan Islands, the temperature will be 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
02:35 in Puerto Princesa, 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:38 Meanwhile, in some parts of Cabizayan,
02:40 we can expect generally fair weather,
02:43 with heavy rain, lightning and thunder.
02:46 The temperature in Iloilo will be 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
02:50 in Cebu, 26 to 31 degrees Celsius,
02:53 while in some parts of Tacloban, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:58 A large part of Mindanao will experience heavy rain,
03:02 particularly in the eastern section of Mindanao,
03:06 in the area of Caraga, Davao Oriental,
03:10 along with Davao de Oro, which is the eastern part of the Pacific Ocean.
03:16 A large part of Mindanao will experience isolated or heavy rain,
03:21 lightning and thunder, along with localised thunderstorms,
03:24 and also bring with it the eastern part of Mindanao.
03:28 The temperature in Zamboanga will be 24 to 35 degrees Celsius,
03:33 in Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,
03:36 while in Davao, 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.
03:40 We have not yet seen any high-level gale warnings in any part of our country.
03:45 We just read the final gale warning earlier,
03:47 and we still expect the possibility of severe thunderstorms,
03:52 particularly in the extreme northern Luzon and the eastern part of our country.
03:58 Even though we have no gale warning,
03:59 we should still be careful,
04:00 especially the small boats and sea vehicles
04:03 that sail through our country's harbours.
04:06 Here are the expected weather conditions for the next few days.
04:10 Here in Luzon, particularly in Metro Manila, Baguio City and Legazpi,
04:14 we expect generally fair weather until this weekend,
04:17 so it's just right, especially for those who will be returning home.
04:20 The temperature in Manila is 23 to 32 degrees Celsius,
04:26 in Baguio City, 14 to 23 degrees Celsius,
04:29 while in Legazpi, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
04:33 In the metropolitan area of Cabizayaan, Metro Cebu, Iloilo and Tacloban,
04:38 we expect generally fair weather.
04:40 In Tacloban, by Monday,
04:42 the skies will be cloudy with rain,
04:45 possibly after Easter.
04:46 The temperature in Metro Cebu is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,
04:50 in Iloilo City, 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
04:54 and in Tacloban, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.
04:59 Here in Mindanao, we expect generally fair weather,
05:04 with the possibility of rain, lightning and thunder,
05:09 followed by local thunderstorms and Easter leaves.
05:12 The temperature in Metro Davao is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius,
05:16 in Cagayan de Oro City, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius,
05:20 while in Zamboanga, 23 to 35 degrees Celsius.
05:26 The sun will rise later this afternoon,
05:28 and set at 5.59 a.m. until 6.07 p.m.
