00:29 Vice President Sara Duterte is currently in Cambodia as the Council President of CIMEO,

00:34 or the Ministry of Education of Southeast Asia.

00:38 She made a courtesy call to the Cambodian Ministry of Education,

00:41 or our Deputy Secretary,

00:43 to discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries in the education sector.

00:50 The Cambodian Ministry of Education mentioned that many Filipinos grew up here in their country.

00:55 The next time Vice President Sara visited a school in Phnom Penh,

00:59 she looked into the classrooms.

01:01 She also shared a storybook that she wrote herself.

01:04 She translated it into Cambodian as "Khamay".

01:10 Meanwhile, Vice President Sara said in a chance interview that

01:13 she will not punish the teacher who went viral after the students' lives were ruined

01:20 because the teacher is just a human being and we are all angry.

01:25 She just told the teacher to stop in class and teach when she's not angry.
