03:55 The key is when the state judges, A.G. Chambers and Izin, raised the issue of constitutionality, that is the reason why the government is reluctant to bring A.G. Chambers into the 852.
04:16 And that is not related to lobbyists, or anything that is perceived and accepted by the outside world. And that statement was made by the KKM's staff when they made that statement.
04:29 So I don't want to extend this issue. I hope that the Blue Code and my friend, former Minister of Health, Mr. KJ Karin Jemaludin, will be able to correct this.
04:42 I am ready to have a discussion and to continue to clarify and harmonize this issue. I stand to be corrected, with Izin, I take that stance and I have said that the statement was made not because of lobbyists, industry and any parties.
05:02 It is related to the statements and the actions of the State Judiciary. That is my statement. Thank you.
