00:00 Costa for Stadium, I think that's out of this world when you think of all the things that have to go with it, that haven't been announced money-wise, and how it's a bunch of important things for me.
00:18 I think it's a party that could lead a strong economy, with a focus on energy costs for business and industry, to help with decarbonisation or growth initiatives in the state, rather than exporting out power to the mainland.
00:39 I think both parties should come out in support of changing high-growth priorities, to focus on the Tasmanian to chase the dollar for the IMAC.
00:48 And yeah, sure, health, education, they're all important as well, but also the environment and fish farms. I don't want to see fish farms happening out in the nice clean oceans.
01:05 I think housing, probably health, those are probably the two main big ones. I don't think we need another stadium. We've got two perfect ones that they don't fully utilise. They don't have access to disabled toilets on every level like they should. They don't have footwork in kiosks on every level like they should have.
01:28 My concern is of course the health care system. The ramping issues that we've seen down south, and of course over in Lonnie. Access and the structure of the system down here is a bit strange. I'm originally from the mainland.
01:43 I'll be thinking about what the current government has done for homeless people. There's a lot of people now really struggling. So that's probably one of the biggest issues. I don't think the government now is doing enough with the environment, especially with the salmon farms, which are causing quite a lot of destruction.
02:08 And as you know, food, everything's going up. We don't see a lot coming from the government about what they're going to do. So we're hoping that some good independent people can be voted in and hopefully they can make change.
02:24 I think it was 40,000 or 4,000 hectares of extra logging they were going to do. And I thought, well, where would that come from? Because the area where we live in, which is close to Marawar, it's all been, all the tiers there, the tiers have all been locked.
02:47 The whole area's just gone. And I'm thinking, where's the rest? Because I know there's still the reserve forest, but I thought that they were planning on reserving, but I hope he's not going to include that in it.
03:05 Yeah, I'll be voting to keep Craig out.
03:08 I'd certainly like to see Ms Mike get elected, purely based on the fact that I think she's a stronger leader. But I don't have any allegiance to either major parties. So I'd say a Labor government with quite a few independents on the cards would be great. I definitely think Tasmania does need a change for the better.
03:31 I am looking at some independent people like Craig Garland, a local lad here who's well known around the West Coast and he's very passionate about the environment. Darren Briggs is another one from, I think he's from up around Penguin Way. He's with the Greens.
03:51 He's looking at a lot of local issues too and just trying to look after people in general so that everyone can have a good life instead of struggling and you know, you can't afford their basics.
04:04 I don't think I'll support the Liberal Party again. I don't think they have a good enough focus on ordinary people.
04:14 Probably Labor at this stage. Yeah, maybe independents, I'm not sure.
04:19 Thank you.
