Woman report being denied pain relief during childbirth

Experts have warned that outdated myths about epidurals may be preventing some women from accessing pain relief during childbirth. The ABC’s birth project heard from nearly four thousand women around the country about their experiences having a baby. For some being unable to get timely pain relief has left them deeply traumatised.
