00:00 Well, let's face it winter time.
00:01 It usually means getting out and skiing.
00:04 And hey, as you work your way into spring
00:06 months, maybe you're still loading up the
00:09 car, filling it up to do some skiing.
00:11 Because in a few locations we're
00:13 going to be doing that into summer.
00:15 Mademouth Mountain,
00:16 one of those spots.
00:17 In fact, as we go through May,
00:19 they'll be skiing.
00:20 It's planned to at least stay
00:22 open through Memorial Day.
00:23 Who knows?
00:23 Maybe we can make it to the
00:25 solstice heading into summer.
00:27 But as we go our way through May,
00:29 as we go our way through time this week,
00:31 we know that it's decent weather to get
00:34 on about and do some skiing temperatures.
00:36 Mid 40s sunshine out there looking
00:37 beautiful at Mademouth Mountain.
00:38 So that's some good news.
00:40 The eastern locations they've
00:41 struggled a little bit more.
00:42 Killington,
00:42 let's just check in on what we've
00:44 got planned because now that we've
00:46 got the cold air coming back in,
00:47 we say hello to a little bit more snow.
00:50 That's some good news for the
00:51 beast of the East as they call it.
00:53 Snow at times for Killington as we
00:55 go through Wednesday into Thursday.
00:56 That's going to be really the time
00:58 that we get more of that cold air
01:00 rushing in behind the next storm system,
01:02 which allows us to stay in the
01:04 20s for highs on Thursday.
01:05 So you will want to wear those extra layers,
01:07 especially if you've been used to
01:09 skiing in the East this weekend.
01:11 Bretton Woods Quick Peek here shows a bit
01:13 more snow for parts of northern New England.
