00:05 We grind the wheat flour for it ourselves and it's just a lovely process.
00:09 You make the dough around 5am in the morning, let it sit in a tub for about 6 hours
00:14 and then we cut the dough, shape it and then put it in the fridge.
00:18 It's like a two day long process making the loaf, but it's got a variety of flours in it
