00:12 or if the weather is bad inside and outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility that could affect our country in the coming days.
00:20 We will continue to experience the effect of Northeast Monsoon, or the cold wind in the areas of Northern Luzon.
00:29 Meanwhile, Easterlies, or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean, is the weather system that can affect the coldest parts of our country.
00:37 For the next 24 hours, this will continue to be clear to the whole country,
00:42 even though Metro Manila is already there.
00:44 We will still experience the chance of light rains or "pag-ambon"
00:47 that will bring cold winds to the areas of Northern Luzon.
00:51 Meanwhile, the chance of thunderstorms, which are sudden and quick rainfalls,
00:55 is what we can experience in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
01:00 And for the weather forecast for Luzon today,
01:05 this morning or early in the morning, we still observed a chance of light rainfalls
01:12 in the eastern part of Luzon, in the provinces of Aurora and Northern Quezon.
01:16 We expect that before the afternoon arrives, this chance of rainfalls will decrease,
01:21 so we will experience improving weather conditions in the mentioned areas.
01:26 And for the next 24 hours, this will continue to be clear to Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon,
01:34 we will still experience the chance of light rains or "pag-ambon"
01:37 that will bring cold winds to the areas of Northern Luzon,
01:40 in the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and also here in Cagayan Valley.
01:46 As for the chance of thunderstorms, which are sudden and quick rainfalls,
01:50 is what we can experience here in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
01:57 As for the areas of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao,
02:02 the dominant weather system is still westerly or hot winds from the Pacific Ocean.
02:09 So we will continue to experience this hot and humid weather this morning until the afternoon.
02:15 And by the afternoon, we expect isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms.
02:24 And for the current weather conditions of our ocean,
02:27 there is still no high-level gale warning in any of our islands.
02:31 And the forecast is that it will be cloudy to the point of thunderstorms in most of our country.
02:37 That's why our fishermen and small fishing boats are far from the ocean.
02:44 And for our 3-day extended weather outlook in the neighboring cities of our country,
02:49 starting tomorrow, Sunday, we expect the continuous cooling of our Northeast Monsoon or "hanging amihan".
02:56 That's why the easterly winds from the Pacific Ocean will be blowing in a large part of Luzon.
03:03 Let's also look at the rise of the maximum temperature in the areas we can predict.
03:08 The maximum temperature is usually predicted from the afternoon until the afternoon in Metro Manila, Baguio City, and Legazpi City.
03:18 The temperature forecast for Metro Manila in the next 3 days,
03:22 from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius, 15 to 24 degrees in Baguio City, and 24 to 31 degrees Celsius in Legazpi City.
03:33 In Visayas, the easterly winds will continue to blow in the areas we mentioned.
03:39 Where we still have hot and sunny weather, generally fair weather conditions,
03:44 we still expect isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
03:48 The rain showers will be frequent, usually from the afternoon until the evening.
03:52 The temperature forecast for Metro Cebu for the next 3 days,
03:56 from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius, 25 to 32 degrees in Iloilo City, and 23 to 32 degrees Celsius in Tacloban City.
04:08 And the same case we will experience in the large part of Mindanao,
04:14 where the weather system is still pleasant, we still expect higher chances of clouds in the northern part of Mindanao,
04:21 in the areas of Caraga and Davao Region.
04:24 However, the rain showers will not last long, we will usually experience chances of thunderstorms from the afternoon until the evening.
04:33 The temperature forecast for Metro Davao for the next 3 days,
04:36 from 24 to 34 degrees Celsius, 23 to 31 degrees in Cagayan de Oro City, and 24 to 34 degrees Celsius in Zamboanga City.
04:49 The sunny weather here in Manila will be popular later in the morning, 6 o'clock in the morning,
04:54 and will be low later in the afternoon, 6 o'clock in the evening.
