Lamb Stew 1

ingredients for my lamb stew - 2 pounds of lamb, 2 onions, celery, 4 cloves of garlic, olive oil, 4 small Italian eggplants, 6-8 mushrooms, 6 small artichokes, 5 medium potatoes, oil-cured black olives, green olives, 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock (reduces the overpowering taste of the lamb), 1 cup good dry white wine, large sweet red pepper. Spices - Hungarian Paprika, salt, tayme, dill, hot peppers such as scotch bonnet are optional but give it a great taste. I'll give the prep instructions next time.
