Massive inferno: Flames engulf high-rise construction site in Russia
An high-rise apartment block under construction in Tver, Russia was completely engulfed by flames.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, but Russia’s EMERCOM reported that the inferno had been subdued and that a protective cover encasing the building had produced the dramatic flames.
