00:23 Hi.
00:38 So my name's Andy Pullum from Pullum's Coaches
00:41 in Borton-on-the-Water.
00:42 And obviously, I'm concerned about the TRO
00:44 that's being proposed by the parish council here in Borton.
00:49 I take an awful lot of people out
00:51 of the village that are somewhat less privileged
00:53 and perhaps don't have a car, or elderly people that perhaps
00:56 can't drive anymore.
00:58 And we do numerous trips all over the UK.
01:00 And I'm concerned that other operators around the UK that
01:03 do similar trips will no longer be
01:05 able to bring those kind of people, that demographic
01:09 of people into the village.
01:10 And I think that's really, really disappointing.

01:47 None of us want an unsafe solution.
01:50 None of us want the village to be unsafe.
01:53 But what we do want to do is engage
01:54 with the parish and Cotswold District Council
01:57 to look at a safe place for coaches
01:59 to drop off that doesn't affect the residents,
02:02 and so that people can still continue to enjoy coming
02:06 to this lovely village.
02:07 So that's what I'm looking to achieve.
02:09 Thank you.
