00:00My name is Chloe and I'm allergic to different types of fruits and vegetables and I was seven
00:07years old when I got diagnosed with something called oral allergy syndrome and which means
00:11that when I eat certain fruits vegetables and some nuts I get swollen lips, swollen mouth and
00:16my throat starts to tingle as well and potentially could go into anaphylactic shock so I was I was
00:22given an EpiPen just in case that it turns into anaphylactic shock. This has really impacted my
00:28life because for about 20 years now I haven't eaten any fruit really or any vegetables and I'm
00:34really scared of trying new food just in case that I'm allergic to it. So I can't eat apples, bananas,
00:39peaches, plums, cherries, carrots, peppers, spinach, almonds I can't eat or hazelnuts, kiwis as well,
00:48there's quite a long list of different fruits and veg. Recently I've reintroduced raspberries into my
00:54diet and I'm hoping that over the next coming months I'm going to reintroduce some more fruits
00:59and vegetables that I've cut out of my diet. So I'm unable to have my five a day so I've had to
01:04for about 20 years have different types of vitamins and to ensure that I'm not deficient in anything.
