00:12 I am overwhelmed. It's been an emotional rollercoaster.
00:18 Nine weeks of sheer hard work, commitment, dedication, just from the team, the contractors
00:25 and everyone who's been involved and I'm just so pleased to be here and to be able to offer
00:31 a great experience for our customers.
00:33 You mentioned experience, tell us what's kind of changed here in the restaurant?
00:37 So a lot's changed actually. The car park is probably the biggest transformational change
00:42 and for those customers that have used us before, it's quite a challenging journey
00:47 into the restaurant and what we've tried to create is really quite smooth, efficient experience.
00:53 We've got four electric vehicle charging points now. The journey throughout the car park is far smoother.
00:59 We have 42 click and serve bays, so you never ever need to leave your car if you want McDonald's food
01:05 brought to your car and an extensive amount of landscaping.
01:11 So yeah, it's just a lovely transformational change.
01:15 And then inside we've refurbished the whole of the dining area. Kitchen, back areas, crew areas,
01:23 training centre, so we've kind of set ourselves up for expansion and growth throughout the McDonald's system.
01:30 We've got a training centre downstairs for the 152 staff that we employ in this restaurant,
01:35 of which I think we should probably look to employ another 30 people.
01:41 And yeah, we've gone all out essentially to make sure that we've covered all the bases for what may come.
