Our new favorite pastry? The New York Roll! Also called "Lafayette roll", it's a rounded croissant stuffed with a delicious cream. And here, we bring flavors of speculoos! Whether it's breakfast time, snack time or brunch, we can assure you that you will be delighted to taste this wonder ;-) We explain everything in detail in the recipe below

- 1 can croissant dough
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar (+/-)

- 1/2 cup cream (30% fat
- 1/4 cup mascarpone (or cream cheese)
- 1 Tbsp biscoff speculaas spread

- 2 Tbsp biscoff speculaas spread
- 1 biscoff speculaas (crumbled)
- 2 biscoff speculaas
