00:00 That felt like a real statement win for Spurs here at Villa Park. 4-0 against Unai Emery's
00:05 10-man side. Spurs showing a maturity in patience in the first half when Villa defended deep
00:11 and didn't really press them and then a clinical edge at the start of the second half, exploiting
00:15 Villa twice and immediately after an injury to Vicky van der Veen which might have derailed
00:20 Spurs and then adding to their tally after John McGinn had been sent off. Most pleasing
00:26 I think for Boskovic will be his attackers all coming to the boil nicely. Timo Werner
00:32 has now scored in consecutive games. It was another big contribution from Brennan Johnson.
00:37 He got two assists against Palace last time out and scored here and Son scoring and assisting
00:41 twice. Dejan Kulishevski was also involved in three of the four goals after half-time
00:46 to Spurs who have struggled to click in the final third really in recent weeks, showing
00:51 a real fluidity and menace in the final third this afternoon. A big result, a statement
00:57 result that gives them momentum in the race for fourth place.
