Break out your bundt pan for a fulfilling dinner, not dessert. In this video, Nicole makes a Bundt Pan Roasted Chicken with Veggies. This easy recipe goes in Greek style on the four vegetables and chicken, starting with tossing the chopped onions, carrots, potatoes, and bell peppers in Greek seasoning as well as other flavor enhancers. After layering the veggies in the bottom of the pan, add the seasoned chicken into the middle and roast everything in the oven. It’s quick to prepare, filled with flavorful juices, and an impressively tender meal.
