00:06 The reason why I wanted to open this Caribbean shop is because I named it after
00:11 my two daughters, which is named Chanel and Harmony.
00:14 And the thing is, it's my daughters, and they mean the world to me.
00:18 And when I opened the Caribbean shop, it was basically to give Burlington
00:22 something different, give Burlington some different type of food, the culture,
00:26 the vibe, because when you have Caribbean food, it's more about relaxing,
00:31 enjoying the vibe, no drama, no stress, just coming in and having a good time.
00:36 We do jerk chicken, we do rice and peas, we do jerk patties, lamb patties,
00:42 cheesy beef patties, we do mac and cheese, yes, the jerk chicken.
00:47 We do lamb, we do potato salad, and we do dumplings.
00:52 That's so far on our menu so far.
00:55 And I think C&H can bring something special to Burlington.
00:59 I mean, when the summer comes, we want to do outside events where we bring
01:03 this community together.
01:05 The thing is, I want to bring Burlington together.
01:07 This is where I live at, and I love this town.
01:10 I could have been moved 10 years ago if you will, but I love Burlington.
01:15 And the thing is, I want Burlington now to start to get this dark cloud over
01:20 and start to build businesses where we can help some of these young kids up,
01:24 we can help some of these local businesses start to build up Burlington.
01:27 Let's have people come visit Burlington.
01:30 Burlington's a hardworking town.
01:31 Let people see the hardworking town that Burlington is made of.
01:34 Made up.
