00:12 I hereby contempt Apolo Carigon Quibuloy for his refusal to be sworn or to testify before this investigation.

00:21 Two days after Senator Riza Contiveros' contempt, Pastor Apolo Quibuloy, due to his refusal to testify before the Senate Committee on Women and Children,

00:30 for the abuse of women by members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

00:34 But Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri has not yet initiated the issue of the arrest order against the pastor.

00:40 Senator Robin Padilla is still looking for a signature to revoke the arrest.

00:45 As long as the judiciary is there, they can conduct an investigation.

01:45 According to Padilla, who was the first to object to the contempt order, he is calling other members of the committee to sign the reversal for the reto.

01:53 As of now, there are five more senators who can sign.

01:57 They are Senators Nancy Binay, Tia Cayetano, Mark Villar, Loren Legarda and Joel Villanueva.

02:03 Senator Grace Poe and Rafi Tulfo refused to sign.

02:07 Padilla also thinks that Senator Coco Pimentel, the Senate Minority Leader, will not sign, especially when JV will file a motion of contempt.

02:16 JV will not give a new testimony.

02:19 Meanwhile, a judge in California ordered the unsealing of the warrant of arrest against Kibuloy and his accused colleagues.

02:27 Because of this, Kibuloy can issue a red notice of interpol that is wanted in America for cases of sex trafficking, fraud, cash smuggling and others.

02:37 According to US-based lawyer, Attorney Lara Gregory, this could be the first step in extradition to Kibuloy by the US Department of Justice.
