00:06 So I think you gotta be careful.
00:08 You wanna go spend top dollar on a free agent that's not your own.
00:15 You wanna know everything about that player before you bring him into your
00:21 locker room.
00:22 I mean, you can see the tape, all these, but whereas your own guys,
00:25 you pay top dollar for your own guys that are worthy from production,
00:28 cuz you know everything about them, right?
00:30 So it's just something we believe in.
00:32 It's something that we're gonna continue to do.
00:36 Obviously, we added some coaches.
00:37 I appreciate the guys that were here, that it just wasn't able to,
00:43 it wasn't a fit.
00:43 And but to be able to get Terrell Williams,
00:46 somebody that I've had experience with, I think he is the best D-line coach in the
00:52 league, and if he's not, he's certainly right up there.
00:56 I think he knows how to develop, he's got experience in game planning, and
01:00 he's gonna be beneficial for our guys up front.
01:02 De'Shea Townsend played a long time, coached a long time.
01:06 He's gonna be able to deliver exactly what AG wants in the back end.
01:10 And so those guys are gonna be vital.
01:14 And then certainly Jim O'Neill's a defensive assistant,
01:16 he's been a coordinator in this league, and has a wealth of experience.
01:22 So those guys are gonna be good for us defensively,
01:24 really help AG finish the vision of what we're looking for.
