00:08 Look at how handsome their long chilies are.
00:11 I'm sure this has a lot of applications.
00:14 It's delicious to mix with other vegetables,
00:18 Bicol Express, Sinigang.
00:20 But of course,
00:22 if you have this fresh and crunchy long chilies,
00:28 most of us will say, "Dynamite!"
00:30 So we'll just make a bomb recipe.
00:33 With our freshly harvested long chilies,
00:36 we'll just make the stuffing.
00:38 So we have here our ground meat.
00:41 Let's just mix this with our onions,
00:45 garlic,
00:46 let's put all of that.
00:47 We also have spring onions here.
00:50 And let's add pepper,
00:53 fish sauce,
00:57 salt,
00:58 and a little bit of sugar.
01:01 So we'll just mix all of this
01:05 to distribute the seasoning evenly.
01:08 So before we stuff it with our long chilies,
01:15 let's try one portion.
01:17 It's salty to the level
01:24 that I'm okay with.
01:25 But look, it's balanced.
01:28 We can now stuff it.
01:29 But first,
01:31 let's prepare our dynamite.
01:33 We'll just cut it in the middle,
01:35 not all the way,
01:36 and then we'll just open it.
01:40 So that's what we're looking for.
01:45 And then we'll just do the same with the rest.
01:48 Once all of the chilies have been removed from the seeds,
01:54 we can now stuff it.
01:55 And then,
01:59 we'll wrap it with a dumpia wrapper.
02:01 Since our stuffing is raw,
02:08 I would want to start cooking this
02:10 with not too much oil.
02:12 Because what will happen is,
02:14 if the oil is too hot,
02:16 our wrapper will burn,
02:17 and the meat inside will be raw.
02:23 So at this point,
02:24 I can start wrapping the other ones.
02:26 Let's give it around 2-3 more minutes.
02:29 We can now serve.
