Farmers Protest: Farmers Claim One Protester Died, Suspend 'Delhi Chalo' March Till February 23

On February 21, a protesting farmer reportedly died. Many were left injured as Haryana Police used tear gas shells. However, the Haryana Police have denied any casualties, reported IANS. The protesting farmers announced that they have suspended the 'Delhi Chalo' march for two days. Farmers have been protesting at the Shambhu border and Khanauri Points on Punjab’s border with Haryana. Their demands include minimum support price (MSP) for crops among many other issues. Earlier in the day, Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda said that the government is ready to discuss all issues raised by the farmers. Watch the video to know more.
