A food peddler claimed trial at the Melaka Sessions Court on Monday (Feb 19)  to 10 charges for allegedly performing unnatural sex acts and molesting three teen boys.  All the offences were allegedly committed at an oil palm estate, rubber plantation and a shopping centre at Simpang Bekoh, Asahan, Melaka between August 23, 2023 and February, 2024. 00:11 Based on the charge sheets, 57-year-old Yusri Nadin allegedly committed an unnatural sex

00:17 act on a boy, who was 13-year-old at the time of the offence, by having oral sex with him.

00:23 Yusri Nadin also faces another six charges for physical sexual assault by allegedly caressing

00:29 the private parts of three boys, all 13 years of age.

00:33 The accused was also charged with allegedly forcing one of the victims to perform oral

00:38 sex on another teen boy.

00:41 Meanwhile, he was also charged with allegedly possessing pornographic videos of children

00:46 performing sexual acts stored in three of his mobile phones.

00:51 All the offences were allegedly committed at an oil palm estate, rubber plantation and

00:56 a shopping centre at Simpang Beko, Asahan, Malacca between August 23, 2023 and this February.

01:04 The court granted a bail of 52,000 ringgit for all the charges and also impounded the

01:10 international passport of the accused.

01:13 Yusri Nadin was also ordered to report to the nearest police station monthly.
