00:31 The official explained that the presence of PCG in the Philippine waters continues from February 1 to 9

00:38 while the BFAR is deploying people for rotational deployment.

00:44 We know for a fact that Bajo de Masinloc is a traditional fishing ground for the Filipinos,

00:51 particularly our fellowmen in Sambales and Pangasinan

00:55 and in different parts of the coastal area of Northern Luzon.
